Portrayals is a website and blog in one to read about articles, stories, and poetry. Portrayals actually begun as a writing to hinder the pain of my dance company {it was called Underpinnings}.
Today, I changed the name to a more appropriate name and added a blog as well. The blog features many humorous takes, personal entries, articles, stories {forthcoming}, and poetry.
I enjoy writing. I find that it relieves the stresses of daily living that can be so not pleasant. It is sad that one has to find solace in such a beautiful thing from people who are not kind--and that is a pity. But, writing is a different thing to many people--for me it was superficial, as I became older it became a means of therapy from who didn't know the meaning of the word KIND. So, alot of my work is a "last say" at the people who were not kind.
