There is alot of news to mention and all of it is very good. I don't have time right now to write as I am still working...but it all has to do w/ dance, rep, classes, MISA, and performing. More later....

Saturday, LaKiaya, is coming to the audition and going to help me with the repertoire section of teaching it. Before, we have to meet and sign all of the contracts!! More later.....but, I need to go to bed-----rehearsal at 11AM!

With so much to do, I am trying to keep up to date--running two biz's {well, one will be operational in about a week and a half}. So, while I update stuff, enjoy........

Start of the workweek-con't

I made this just 5 minutes ago---I made one for RDC...just messing around...so, I found something to play with!!

Tomorrow, I have errands to run---- bank, Kinko's, store {for drinks}, post office box, Best Buy, and Chinese food for dinner {YUM}

Thursday, Mom has an appointment; then we are going to eat lunch out {free dinner}!!

Friday, I have to go to the Post Office up here where I live and then all around the town to drop off flyers....then rehearsal.

Saturday------FREE MOVIE!! Star Trek we will see!

Sunday, it's back to rehearsal and video too.

So, there's your agenda {well, mine actually} and a collage of that cute drummer! Somewhere in betwen this chaos I have to go to Deerbrook and return 2 items.

Accomplishment and looking back

Well, today was a day for dancing. I actually got alot accomplished. My knee begun to hurt a little and so I ran thru Darkness Darkness--added some Mid Eastern into it. I ran through one of new pieces....and, I actually started do a total different dance to it!! Not kidding. I said, no wonder it feels weird. Isn't that the most stupid thing??!!

Anyways, I was browsing my vieos and really thought On A Day... would be nice to do in June. I can even call one of my dancers--the guy {cause I am not envisioning any dances w/ women}. Him and I get along real well--our personas gel very well. And we laugh. That's important. I don't know why I didn't think of doing this piece with him in the beginning!! The song--is sad and so emotional at the same time---I have this real beautiful vision of what it should look like; I hope it pans out well. Going on.....I really got alot done---surprised myself. I am very excited about performing again. I haven't been in front of an audience since Nov 2007. I am very anxious to get out there abad show these new pieces.
Besides all of this--choreo--I need to advertise for the show, make up the flyer. Advertising is not my strong point--but I have no one else, so its left up to me.

Well, I am a little tired...can't begun to wonder why! So much work awaits me this week.....then the weekend arrives and I going to see the new X-men movie!

Ballet teachers today, my workday, and nutrition

I just saw the most awful dance vid ever made. If I ever look as stupid in ballet as this one did---shoot me. {rummaging for drinks, cigarettes, and whatever else.........} People who actually teach ballet--and choreograph for a recital....I dunno. I do know this---the students should at least point their toes. Don't get me started on crappy choreographers and teachers who think they are acheiving something. If I ever look like what I saw--put me out of my misery. I am sory--but I had to vent about crapola!!!!

I just got back at around 4 from the store. I spent the earlier part of the day re-designing a dance class flyer and other flyers for here at the property. I still have to sit down and speak with the manager for when it is a good time to set up the trial classes.
Tomorrow, is day 1 of the photo shoot......lovely--in makeup and it is hot. I have to clean my office area again--it's beginning to get cluttered again {and I can't locate a thing}.

I heard a song via a friend that I haven't heard in years...so many memories!
Tonight, is DWTS. Also, we are having Taco Bell tacos tonight---love Taco Bell----love the gorditas and taco salads.

On another note.....the weather is changing and if you are eating correctly {veggies, fruits, no salt, fats, sugars, ect} you should be alright---even if you have the life of a dancer. Oh, yes, calcuim, so you don't break your bones and protein. Eating right leads to a healthier lifestyle and you do feel better. Trust me--try it--it will make a difference.
I am very guilty of my caffiene drinks, but, when I start to gain I don't drink any drinks. Water, regular and green tea. Although, I don't live the life of a professional dancer anymore {more like semi professional} I do still maintain a nutritional menu. I only eat chicken {baked, broiled}, fish...on occasion, I will eat something fried. I only eat red meat 2-3 times per month. I eat some kind of veggie EVERY.... SINGLE.... DAY!! Sometimes for dinner I will have 2 veggies instead of a starch. I do not eat candy---pastries are my weakness---but I do temper it. I like dried fruit and love strawberries! I am by no means a vegetarian...but, I am alot healthier than so called "vegitarians". Seriously, they don't have a clue of what you are supposed to eat. Yes, they do COOK as well. Take it that they are people who are full fledged vegatarians and stick to it and are healthy. Bottomline---if you are always getting sick and you don't eat any meat, then you are not eating healthy {meaning no protein, vitamins, calcuim, veggies and so forth}. A person who eats meat is alot healthy than you---and you don't eat meat! Hmmmm....explain that one??
Well......enough of food.........

My rehearsal, L&O:CI, and a mild irritation

Well, here I sit as I drink my refreshing glass of Pepsi and recant the day--rain, stretch, rain, choreograph, and guess what?...MORE RAIN. It is still raining! I know by tomorrow morning I will be very sore....3 hours of rehearsing! Oh well, whatever it takes to get these pieces done, right? I think I lost 5 pounds--and my clothes were soaked. Not a pretty sight....
So, I had a nice, hot shower and my body feels so much better {and clean--feeling gritty/dirty is just nasty}.

Tomorrow is the season premiere of Law and Order: Criminal Intent!!! Who Hoo. All day long is a marathon of the show--so no dancing/internet! I have been waiting since Nov 2008 for this to premiere.

Anyways...the dances are coming along pretty well. I think I am going to have to pull one of the dances---it will take another year to complete. The Greatest Gift is so far the most romantic piece yet. You can go to myspace to hear the song playing. Just breath taking.....
Also, I have to delete some of the songs on this playlist and add more.

I have been on Twitter, and these people are relentless......asking Jim about tour dates. Do you think he wants to chat about tour dates? The one thing that irritates me is this---they don't know how to talk to him {some people can}. He is a normal person.....Good Lord! Yes, I used to be ga ga over him--but I grew up and relised he is a person and has a mind. Oh well.... what can you do?
I might write a little later on tonight--not sure though.

Getting back into the shape of life

Hello again.... I really need to get to working on my commentary. I promise not to post any pictures of the Rock God. Promise. I am listening to the Now and Zen album. I burned all of the CD's to the computer--so, I have them to lisen to. I guess the reason why I haven't done any work is because I can't pull myself away from the DVD of Nine Lives.
Also, I need to write some pieces of poetry--and begin on my commentary series. I really don't want to do any of that. {much rather watch Robert Plant or better yet, Led Zep's concerts---I LIED}

Oh well........what will I write about? I am feeling in the mood for something romantic and sweet. Maybe, maybe not. Or, I'll do something related to the world. I really haven't paid any attention to anything that is IMPORTANT IN THE WORLD....in how long? Since March 6th!! Good Lord!!!!
This man is really affecting me. I was doing a reading yersterday and it took forever because I had the Nine Lives thing playing Sea of Love---pretty soon I was watching Heaven Knows {he's really sexy in this vid} Oh, damn---I LIED again!!

Anyways! I finally did get done with the reading and ended up watching DWTS last night. It was okay.....didn't really like alot of the choreography. I did like Tony's dance---Paso Doble. Oh, oh....reminds me of something I saw. I saw this class doing a dance online and it was jazz. I am not a jazz expert--but had alot of jazz and Steven Boyd was one of my teachers....so you know the difficult work it was. This class must had a amatuer {oops spelling} teacher teaching the dance---because, yes, the class was a beginner. The choreographer should have challenged them and the owner should have told this teacher that. Are you in the studio for the money? Seems like it.....parents take your kids out of a studio if they are not being challenged and go to another studio! Seriously, the teacher is not helping them---I have to only think they are there for a paycheck.
Well, now, I'll shut up! Back to my Rock God!!!! Good Lord, is he for sale?! Annnnd.........yes, I LIED again!!
