I eat healthy--but yet I'm always sick!

Can you say Loser?!
My fave new word of this year and partly of 2008---and there are alot of them. Continuing from the previous post....
Alright, you eat healthy and still get injured, sick, whatever. In hindsight, you say you are a veggie eater--well, we all know that's an excuse not to eat properly. There have been on occasions where I haven't eaten anything but fish, green foods, and starches. Even when I did that or did eat meat I never became sick or injured. Not claiming to eat meat is the ULTIMATE excuse to eat junk foods--chips, snacks, diet sodas, candy, ectera. And if you are a performer and are claiming not to eat meat; but always end up sick or injured. Gee, how is it that eating healthy doesn't lead to feeling healthier?? Explain that one.
While a man who say is a, Virgo, has an innate problem of always getting sick. Well, no amount of healthy eating is going to help as that's how astrology goes!!! Any other sign--especially air signs, have the pleasure of not gettting sick and injured. So, obviously the one who boasts about eating better {no meat} is not really living as a vegitarean {oops spelling} -- hence getting sick AND injured.

Yada yada yada.......
Try this diet----
1. no caffeine drinks, no sugar, no salt, no gravy's
2. green leafy veggies--spinach, brocolli, brussel sprouts, squash, green beans, and any others
3. starches----brown rice {for dancers}, white rice for non-dancers {with little or no butter}--you the picture
4. Meats---lots of poultry, no red meat {if you must have red meat, eat it once a month}, and fish

Now, in the real world where people actually have real jobs...people have to cook. Yes....COOK. You know pots and pans--like your mother used to use! Face it performers are not really preparing themselves to live in a real 50/50 partnership or marriage. {they would not get all legal--just live together} Very few male spouses really enjoy doing the cooking and those who do enjoy---well, he's a keeper.
At least in my career {you know what I do} I CAN cook and it is not burnt!

There will be more of this post--you can count on that!
