Tomorrrow we have a meeting with an old friend--well, he used to work for my dad in the early 90's. He is taking the manager's test for this new company to operate legally--but it is his third time. So, my mom does HAVE a manager's card to run a business---if he doesn't pass the test this time, she is offering the owner a deal. In order for him to bring in profit, he can use her as a manager and let the freind run the operation of the business....all she would do is come in and train our friend and sit at home and draw a paycheck. what away to make $$$$. When enough start up capital is gatehred we can begin MISA {short for the longass name my dad came up with--thnx alot!!}.
OR.....possibly this owner can loan her a lump sum and have it paid back with interst and all of theat good stuff! But, I would think he would want to begin making profit--because this is his third or fourth branc of one business.
