Poor, Poor thing….this is the real reason for resigning, but HERE is what she gave:

…the company has been misrepresented as “intertwined with the missions of MPH and ONE,” whereas recent events prove that no affiliation or dedication to either organization’s mission is in RDC or its efforts. The company’s mission also states that RDC’s Repertoire includes modern dance choreography “…while adhering to Graham and Horton methods.’ which have proven to be untrue...
I really do not have defend my actions of how I direct my company against anyone, but to show the manipulation of said individual, I will. The thoughts behind the missions, MPH/ONE merely are a personal opinion; therefore not valid {according to contract) and the director can at any time decide the direction of the company as long as one portion of the mission is in tact. EX: using music artists who support ONE/MPH--Madonna, U2, ect.
Secondly, modern dance choreography {the various methods}; there were rehearsal video tapes that were taken by a board member. I am sure they are destroyed as I never received them. However, I do have the original tapes {concert} that the former Assistant Artistic Director was learning choreography from while living in her home state. The tapes reflect a piece that the company was learning which had a modern section in it {choreographed by another person}. In hindsight, that is also not true. Therefore the resignations were not true; and I simply could have terminated their contract for their “breach of contract”.
As you see, from this info and the previous quips, more than enough evidence is cause for action…..which has already been taken.
On a different note, my dance company never “officially’ closed, and the full name is Resurrection Dance Company; RDC. The initials RDC are part of the name, and by using the initials in slanderous attacks {which were done} is solid proof. Just a note that I wanted the readers to notice, and also how these young women really {actually, just one} do not know the law.
All three former dancers begun to boast in reference to their current “performance experience” {within 4 weeks of resigning}. Boasting about your accolades is wonderful--but make sure you are backing up what you can say…meaning you have proof, just not words. In other words, don’t gloat to merely hurt another. You will always end up regretting your actions.
In closing, I want to point out that the deed these women did by resigning was issuing a death sentence to the African people living in poverty, attracting the HIV/AIDS virus, starvation. Americans do not have to ever worry about the surrounding conditions of Africa, and neither will these three specimens.
